Shipped Orders

For orders shipped to you, you may return your purchase for a refund within 7 days of your item being delivered.

The return must be requested within the applicable return window. Once the return window has passed, the purchase is considered final and is no longer eligible for return.

In-Store Pickup Orders

For orders placed for in-store pickup, you will have the opportunity to try on your items at the time of pickup.

If an item does not work for you, you may choose to return it for a refund at the time of pickup, as long as the order is picked up within 7 days of the date the order was placed.

If you choose to take the item home, the standard 7-day return policy will apply.
