For most selling appointments, a 30-minute slot is perfect - you're welcome to bring up to 100 items. If you're bringing more than 100 items or multiple luxury handbags, please book a 1-hour appointment so we have enough time to review everything.
We accept fall and winter items from August through January, and spring and summer items from February through July.
No, your items don't need to be on hangers, but we do ask that they come floor ready-clean, neatly folded, and in good condition.
You can find a more detailed list of brands we accept on our How It Works page. However, we-re not limited to just those brands-please note that we do not accept items from Old Navy, Target, TJ Maxx, Kohls, Macys, Fashion Nova, Shein, Walmart, Amazon, or Marshall's.
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.
